They will play a four-game preliminary schedule against the Chicago Bulls, Orlando Magic, Denver Nuggets and Golden State Warriors.
The Raptors will open things up against the Bulls at 8 p.m. ET at the Pavilion on the campus of UNLV. Toronto will then face the Magic on July 13, the Nuggets on July 15 and the Warriors on July 17 to conclude the opening round.
After the first four games, the top four teams will advance to the semifinals on July 19, with the championship game set for July 20. Teams that don’t make the playoffs will play a fifth game between July 18 and 20.
The Raptors haven’t announced its full roster yet, but it’s expected to come out in the coming days.
Raptors first-round pick Collin Murray-Boyles is expected to play. Murray-Boyles is a versatile, defensive wing who has a chance to shine.
Second-round pick Alijah Martin is also expected to play. He’s a tough, physical guard who can score.
Chucky Hepburn who just agreed to a two-way deal with Toronto is expected to see minutes too. He’s a tremendous point-of-attack defender.
The Raptors’ 2024 first-round pick Ja’Kobe Walter is expected to play in Summer League for the second time. Jonathan Mogbo, Jamal Shead and Ulrich Chomche will likely join him as well.
Jamison Battle, Jared Rhoden, AJ Lawson and Colin Castleton should also be on the roster.
Toronto will have a lot of young talent on full display in Vegas.
