The Toronto Raptors have filled out their two-way roster spots ahead of Summer League.
The Raptors have signed Chucky Hepburn to a two-way deal, per ESPN’s Shams Charania:
Louisville’s Chucky Hepburn – the ACC Defensive Player of the Year – has agreed to a two-way NBA contract with the Toronto Raptors, sources tell ESPN.

Hepburn is a 6-foot guard from Louisville who averaged 16.4 points, 5.8 assists and 2.4 steals per game last season. He transferred to Louisville after three years at Wisconsin as he emerged as one of the best point-of-attack defenders in the country. He earned ACC Defensive Player of the Year honors.
The Raptors invest in another tough, defensive-minded guard as Hepburn’s strengths are his point-of-attack defense and ball pressure. He disrupts opposing ballhandlers, fights through screens and does a great job of forcing turnovers. Even at his size, he makes a huge impact on the defensive end.
On offense, he’s more of a playmaker. He makes the right passes out of the pick-and-roll and looks to get his teammates involved. He was a solid connector for his team, averaging 5.8 assists per game.
Hepburn shot 32.8 percent from three this past season, but he shot 40.5 percent as a sophomore. He shot 35.3 percent over his four-year college career.
Hepburn provides additional guard depth for the Raptors and more defense at the point. If his shooting progresses he will serve as more guard depth for Toronto.
Hepburn will likely play with the Raptors 905 as he joins Jared Rhoden and Ulrich Chomche as Toronto’s three two-way players. He should also see plenty of playing time at Summer League next month, where he will share the floor with fellow Raptors rookies Collin Murray-Boyles and Alijah Martin.
Raptors select Alijah Martin No. 39 in 2025 NBA Draft
The Toronto Raptors selected Florida guard Alijah Martin with the 39th pick in the 2025 NBA Draft.
Martin is an undersized guard at 6-foot-2, but he brings explosiveness and defensive versatility to the Raptors. He’s a tenacious defender who averaged a career-high 14.4 points this past season to help Florida win the national title. He also posted 4.5 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.5 steals. Martin shot 36 percent from three on 5.4 attempts over his college career.
