The Toronto Raptors have signed three of their four draft picks.
First, the Raptors signed Ja’Kobe Walter to a rookie scale contract.
He is now under contract through the 2025-26 season, with two team option years to follow, the team announced.
Walter averaged 14.5 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game in 35 starts for the Bears. He shot 37.6 percent from the field and 34.1 percent from three.
Next, the Raptors agreed to a three-year, $6.11 million deal with Jonathan Mogbo, HoopsHype’s Michael Scotto reported.
The Raptors selected Mogbo with the 31st pick of the 2024 NBA Draft. He receives the max amount allowed under the second-round exception:

The 22-year-old forward should be given plenty of opportunities in Toronto’s frontcourt. The hope is Mogbo can develop into somewhat of a floor-spacer and can be a versatile defender for Toronto. He averaged 14.2 points, 10.1 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game for San Francisco last season while shooting 63.6 percent from the field.
Finally, the Raptors signed Jamal Shead to a three-year, $6.11 million rookie contract, The Athletic’s Shams Charania reported.
The Raptors selected Shead with the 45th pick of the 2024 NBA Draft, after they acquired the pick in a trade with the Sacramento Kings. Shead will receive a standard contract with the first two seasons guaranteed:

Shead played four seasons at Houston. He brings playmaking, toughness and hard-nosed defense to the Raptors backcourt. He averaged 12.9 points, 6.3 assists and 3.7 rebounds in 31.1 minutes per game in the 2023-24 season.
The Raptors 57th pick Ulrich Chomche is expected to sign a two-way deal soon and all four of Toronto’s rookies will be in Summer League, according to TSN’s Josh Lewenberg.

The Toronto Raptors are likely done making major moves this offseason, barring any trades.
The roster appears to be set as Toronto has one more open roster spot to fill, which will likely be filled around Summer League.
