Miles Bridges poured in 35 points, including 10 in overtime, as the Charlotte Hornets erased a 17-point deficit to stun the Toronto Raptors 118–111 on Saturday night, halting Toronto’s nine-game winning streak.

Rookie Kon Knueppel delivered a breakout performance with 20 points, highlighted by a dramatic, leaning corner 3-pointer that tied the game with 10 seconds left in regulation. He later assisted Bridges on a momentum-sealing dunk in overtime, helping Charlotte secure its first back-to-back victories of the season.

Collin Sexton added 18 points and took over point-guard duties late after LaMelo Ball was benched early in the fourth quarter due to a planned minutes restriction.

For Toronto, Scottie Barnes led the way with 30 points and 12 rebounds, while Brandon Ingram and Immanuel Quickley each chipped in 22 points. The loss was Toronto’s first since Nov. 8.

Bridges took command when Charlotte’s usual scoring duo — Ball and Brandon Miller — struggled. Miller shot just 1-for-13 and finished with seven points, while Ball ended with 14 on 6-of-16 shooting.

The Raptors stormed ahead early, building a 26–9 advantage, but Charlotte clawed back and tied it late in regulation on a putback by Sion James. Moments later, Knueppel’s contested corner three sent the game to overtime, igniting the Spectrum Center.

Toronto briefly led in OT, but Bridges dominated the extra frame, going 4-for-4 from the field, including a clutch three-pointer that put the Hornets firmly ahead.
