The Toronto Raptors are adding to their center depth with their most recent signing.
The Raptors have signed Colin Castleton on a 10-day contract, according to HoopsHype’s Michael Scotto:

Castleton has played in 26 games in his NBA career. He suited up in 16 games last year with the Los Angeles Lakers and has appeared in 10 this season with the Memphis Grizzlies. He’s averaging just 4 minutes per game in those games, putting up 1.5 points, 0.8 rebounds and 0.1 assists.
Castleton has also spent time with both the Memphis Hustle and Osceola Magic of the NBA G League this season. He averaged 17.6 points per night in 17 regular-season games.
With the Raptors making it clear that they are going to play their younger players more over the final stretch of the season, Castleton could get some significant playing time over the next week as he tried to make a good impression with the Raptors. The Raptors are thin with their frontcourt depth to begin with and if they choose to play Jakob Poeltl less, Castleton could slot in nicely.
Castleton is expected to have five games lined up on his contract. It could reach 6 games if Toronto finalizes the deal on Friday. Castleton will available for the raptors matchup next matchup against the Utah Jazz on March.
