The Toronto Raptors made some more moves following the 2024 NBA Draft.

The Raptors agreed to an Exhibit-10 deal with Illinois Fighting Illini guard Quincy Guerrier.

Toronto will bring the undrafted forward into their 2024 training camp for a tryout, according to HoopsHype’s Michael Scotto:

Guerrier is a Montreal native who spent this past season with the Illini. He averaged 9.6 points and 6.1 rebounds while shooting 47.6 percent from the floor and 37.4 percent from deep.

Guerrier helped the Illini make their way to the Elite Eight of the March Madness tournament this year, where they fell short against the eventual champions, the UConn Huskies.

The Raptors weren’t done there. They also signed Utah Utes center Branden Carlson to a two-way deal, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski:

Carlson is 7 feet tall and played well as a stretch-five. He developed a nice three-point shot, hitting 37.9 percent of his threes as a fifth year starter in Utah. He shot 4.7 three-pointers per game.

The 25-year-old averaged 17.0 points, 6.6 rebounds and 1.5 blocks in his final year with the Utes.

He played all five of his collegiate years with Utah and he was named to the All-Pac-12 team three times in his career. He leaves Utah’s program as the school leader in games played and blocks.

Raptors make big trade on day 2 of draft

The Toronto Raptors struck a deal before the second round of the 2024 NBA Draft.

The Raptors traded Jalen McDaniels to the Sacramento Kings for Davion Mitchell, Sasha Vezenkov, the 45th pick of the 2024 NBA draft (Jamal Shead) and the Portland Trail Blazers 2025 second-round pick.
