Something that Raptors fans have wanted for several years now is for the team to bring back the classic purple dinosaur jerseys, iconically worn during Vince Carter’s tenure with Toronto.
This dream may finally be coming true as another teaser was released by the Raptors on X. A homage to the era that featured the iconic purple dinosaur associated with those throwback jerseys:

This jersey is deemed one of the best-looking jerseys in NBA history. Thus, making it a no brainer to bring them back this upcoming season.
Now, with Carter being inducted into the Hall of Fame, it’s a perfect time to bring back these jerseys.
This now serves as another hint for these jerseys potentially coming back and perhaps an official announcement is not far out.
Toronto first teases bringing back purple dinosaur jerseys back in April
The first teaser for the Raptors’ purple jerseys came back in April after the Raptors regular season ended. In an episode of Open Gym, it was teased during the end credits, sparking some initial optimism from fans that this dream could finally happen.
