Additionally, there will be six “3-for-1 days” which a fan vote will count three times. Those dates being Dec. 25, Jan. 1, Jan. 5, 12, 15 and 19. Fan voting updates will be posted on the first three Thursdays of January, with the starters being announced on TNT on January 25.
Reserves for the All-Star Game will be revealed on Feb. 1, on TNT.
The 2024 NBA All-Star Game is being played Deb. 18 at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana at 5 p.m. PT on TNT.
Toronto Raptors forward Scottie Barnes is looking to make his first All-Star appearance in Indiana. He is certainly making a case for himself by averaging 20.3 points, 9.2 rebounds, 5.8 assists. 1.6 steals and 1.3 blocks.
Barnes has been shooting the ball efficiently as well, shooting 48.8% from the field and a career-high 38.8% from 3-point range on 5.2 attempts. If he keeps this up, the Raptors should have some representation in the 2024 All-Star Game.
Up next for Raptors
The Raptors have struggled as of late, going 3-7 in their last 10 games. After coming off a much needed win against the Charlotte Hornets on Dec. 18, Toronto is in for a challenge.
On Dec 20., the defending champion Denver Nuggets come into Scotiabank Arena. A win of that caliber would certainly be a morale boost for a struggling Raptors team.
