The Toronto Raptors got a much needed win over the Atlanta Hawks 135-128 to snap their season-high four-game losing streak.

The Raptors’ three best players came to play as Pascal Siakam, Scottie Barnes and O.G. Anunoby combined for 82 points in the victory.

Siakam had a team-high 33 points as the Hawks simply had no answer for him. He also had his best game of the season from three finishing 5-6 from downtown. The Hawks have had interest in trading for Siakam dating back to this past summer and their interest should increase after this one.

Barnes had a magnificent game as well. He had 27 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Barnes continues to stuff the stat sheet and is in the mists of a truly special season.

Anunoby chipped in with 22 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists. All five Raptors starters finished in double figures and Gary Trent Jr. had 12 points on 4 made threes from off the bench.

The Raptors three ball was finally falling in this one. They made 18-34 threes good enough for 32.9 percent. Toronto shot it 57.5 percent overall.

This was one of the best shooting games of the season for Toronto as they took advantage of a very weak Hawks defense. The Raptors defense wasn’t spectacular by any means, but they made stops when they needed to.

Toronto had 39 assists on 50 made field goals. When they share the basketball, good things happen. The Raptors finally get back in the win column and are 10-14 on the season.

With the win Toronto moves passed Atlanta in the standings for 10th.

After the game the Raptors awarded the ‘Win The Day’ chain to Siakam for the first time this season.

Next on tap

The Raptors will remain home and will take on the Hawks once again on Dec. 15. This is a mini two-game set against Atlanta as Toronto tries to replicate what they just did.

The Hawks are struggling right now losers of 5 games in a row, so the Raptors will be looking to take advantage once again.
