The Toronto Raptors return to action after a few days off to take on the Miami Heat at Scotiabank Arena.
The Raptors have lost two games in a row and are looking to get back in the win column against a Heat team that will be shorthanded.
Bam Adebayo did not make the trip to Toronto and has been ruled out. Tyler Herro is also not going to play, as he continues to deal with an ankle injury.
Miami will be without two key players, but they will still have Jimmy Butler who is always capable of taking over a game and former Raptor Kyle Lowry should be motivated for this one.
Lowry said that he will retire a Raptor, but in the meantime he looks to beat his former team.
Meanwhile, the Raptors will be healthy and fully rested for this one. Raptors are just missing Christian Koloko who is still recovering from a respiratory illness.
Head coach Darko Rajakovic said once Toronto wins 3 games in a row he will take them out for dinner. Let’s see if the Raptors can begin that winning streak tonight.
The Heat will look to lean on their depth which has already come up big this season with key players in and out of their lineup.
The Raptors will need some much better bench production in this one and need to do a better job shooting from three. Toronto shot it just 18.8 percent from deep in their latest loss against the New York Knicks.
