Brandon Ingram and RJ Barrett each poured in 24 points, Scottie Barnes added 23, and the Toronto Raptors cruised past the struggling Washington Wizards 140–110 on Friday night, becoming the first team to clinch a spot in the NBA Cup quarterfinals.

Toronto secured first place in Group A thanks to its win, combined with Indiana’s loss to Cleveland.

Sandro Mamukelashvili turned in a season-best 23 points, and Immanuel Quickley added 17 as the Raptors improved to 3–0 in tournament play and extended their overall winning streak to six straight. Toronto has now won 10 of its last 11 games after a four-game skid early in the season.

Washington (1–14) dropped its 13th consecutive game and fell to 0–10 against Eastern Conference teams. CJ McCollum led the Wizards with 20 points, followed by Tre Johnson with 14 and Cam Whitmore with 11.

Jamal Shead orchestrated the Raptors’ offense with a season-high 10 assists, helping Toronto reach its highest point total of the season. The 30-point victory margin also marked the Raptors’ most dominant win of the year, surpassing their 28-point rout of Milwaukee on Nov. 4.

The Wizards briefly led 2–0 after Bilal Coulibaly opened the scoring with a fast-break dunk, but never held the lead again. Coulibaly missed his next five shots, all from deep.

Toronto seized control with an 11–0 run and led 105–77 after three quarters, improving to 10–0 when leading entering the fourth.

Washington struggled badly from long range, missing 12 of its first 13 threes and finishing 12 for 41 from beyond the arc. The Wizards’ starting lineup combined to shoot just 3 for 21 from deep.

Washington was again without center Alex Sarr (sore left big toe) and Marvin Bagley III (hip contusion).
Toronto rookie Collin Murray-Boyles missed his second straight game with a sore right knee.
