Scottie Barnes recorded a double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds. In comparison, Immanuel Quickley also contributed 20 points to lead the Toronto Raptors to a 126-118 victory over the Utah Jazz on Friday night.

A.J. Lawson provided a strong offensive boost with 18 points, RJ Barrett chipped in 17, and Orlando Robinson delivered an all-around performance with 14 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists.

Quickley’s clutch 3-pointer with 43 seconds remaining in the third quarter gave the Raptors a decisive 90-88 lead, igniting a 16-2 scoring surge. That run propelled Toronto to a 15-point advantage—the game’s largest margin—with just over eight minutes left in regulation.

Jordan Clarkson led Utah with 19 points, but the Jazz struggled to snap their losing streak, extending it to eight consecutive defeats. Rookie Kyle Filipowski added 18 points and 11 rebounds.

KJ Martin started the second half for Utah instead of Lauri Markkanen, who later returned and finished with 16 points.

Game Highlights

Raptors: Toronto ended a four-game losing streak against the Jazz at the Delta Center. They previously defeated Utah 118-109 at home last week.

Jazz: Walker Kessler, who had an impressive 18-point, 25-rebound, and eight-block performance in the previous matchup, was absent. Despite being a key contributor this season with averages of 11.5 points, 12.3 rebounds, and 2.5 blocks per game on 72.5% shooting, he was not listed on the injury report.

Key Moment

Clarkson showcased his skills late in the third quarter by stealing a pass from Lawson, dribbling the ball through Lawson’s legs near midcourt, and setting up Martin with a well-timed alley-oop layup.

Statistical Breakdown

Utah displayed sharp shooting from beyond the arc in the first half, making 10 of 20 three-point attempts while securing a 58-56 halftime lead. However, their accuracy declined in the second half, and they connected on just 6 of 18 attempts.

Looking Ahead

Both teams will be back in action on Sunday. The Raptors will head to Portland to face the Trail Blazers, while the Jazz will visit Minnesota to take on the Timberwolves.
