FOCO released a new Toronto Raptors bobblehead that combines the past and present by featuring Vince Carter and Scottie Barnes for their respective Rookie of the Year Awards.
The dual bobblehead displays Carter wearing the famed purple Raptors jersey that became famous during his participation in the 2000 Slam Dunk Contest in Oakland. It was brought back by the organization this season to represent the Raptors City Edition jersey.

Carter is holding his 1999 NBA Rookie of the Year trophy. To his left is Barnes, holding the 2022 Rookie of the Year Award.
Both players are standing atop a base that resembles center court and includes “TORONTO RAPTORS” in text writing. The backdrop of the bobblehead features a red basketball and “EST. 1995” to signify the Raptors’ first season as an NBA expansion team.
Along the front of the base are player jersey numbers, names and “ROOKIE OF THE YEAR” in text to celebrate Carter and Barnes being linked in Raptors franchise history.
The bobblehead is a limited edition and won’t be restocked once quantities sell out. FOCO additionally has individual Carter and Barnes bobbleheads available.
Toronto Raptors Rookie of the Year history
Damon Stoudamire became the first player in Raptors franchise history to ever win Rookie of the Year when he received the award for the 1995-1996 NBA season.
Carter and Barnes are the only other Raptors to ever be named the NBA’s Rookie of the Year, an award that officially began with the 1952-1953 season.
