The trades keep coming.

In the most recent NBA blockbuster trade, the Sacramento Kings traded De’Aaron Fox to the San Antonio Spurs as part of a three-team deal with the Chicago Bulls, per ESPN’s Shams Charania.

The Kings received Zach LaVine, Sidy Cissoko, three first-round picks, and three second-round picks in return. Meanwhile, the Bulls acquired Zach Collins, Tre Jones, Kevin Huerter and their own 2025 pick via the Spurs.

This trade happened less than 24 hours after arguably the biggest, most shocking trade in NBA history. The Dallas Mavericks sent Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers in a multi-player deal including Anthony Davis. Since the move, the trade market has exploded as more movement is expected to come.

Disgruntled superstar Jimmy Butler is still a big name who remains on the rumor mill, however a deal for him remains complicated as Butler has indicated that he only wants to join the Phoenix Suns. Butler recently communicated to the Golden State Warriors that he’s unwilling to sign an extension there and trade talks to send him to Golden State have ended, per ESPN’s Brian Windhorst.

Where do the Raptors stand?

The biggest name the Toronto Raptors have been linked to ahead of the trade deadline is New Orleans Pelicans star Brandon Ingram. They have also been linked to a potential Jimmy Butler deal as a third or fourth team involved. The Raptors remain active in trade discussions and they possess multiple expiring contracts including Bruce Brown and Chris Boucher. They also have about $10 million in salary flexibility below the luxury tax.

The Raptors could surprise many and go for a win-now move in trying to acquire Ingram, or offload some of their veterans pieces in Boucher and Brown, whether in a larger trade, or in individual deals.

Raptors have have ‘a ton of interest’ in Brandon Ingram

The Toronto Raptors continue to be linked to New Orleans Pelicans star forward Brandon Ingram.

NBA insider Jake Fischer reported via Bleacher Report that Raptors president Masai Ujiri has ‘a ton of interest’ in Ingram.
