There are only five days until the NBA Trade Deadline and the Toronto Raptors are yet to make a move.

With Bruce Brown, Chris Boucher, Kelly Olynyk and Jakob Poeltl being their trade chips, Toronto has options.

One team registering interest in Boucher is the New York Knicks, via Stefan Bondy of the New York Post.

On the year, Boucher is averaging 10.5 points and 4.3 rebounds on 50.5 percent from the field and 37.2 percent from three-point range. But, through his last 10 games, the 32-year-old is shooting 61.3 percent from the field and 48.6 percent from three-point distance.

Given New York’s moves to acquire Mikal Bridges and Karl-Anthony Towns they might not have much to work with when trying to get a deal done with Toronto.

One name worth mentioning is possibly Tyler Kolek, who was the Knicks’ second-round pick this past draft. Another name is Mitchell Robinson who the Knicks could be floating around as a trade piece.

It is interesting to see how New York will be able match salaries to be able to acquire the Raptors forward. If those two teams decide to come to terms on a deal, New York will have to get creative in offering something the Raptors would be willing to take back.

Hopefully, the Knicks can supply the Raptors with at least second-round draft pick compensations. Seeing how well Boucher has played as of late, multiple seconds seem to be a plausible asking price here.

Darko Rajakovic explains why he benched Chris Boucher

During Friday’s game against the Chicago Bulls, Boucher never saw the floor. Head coach Darko Rajakovic explained why he decided to bench the veteran forward.
