Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded his fourth triple-double of the season with 11 points, 13 assists, and 12 rebounds. In comparison, Damian Lillard poured in 25 points to help the Milwaukee Bucks cruise to a 128-104 victory over the struggling Toronto Raptors on Monday night.
Despite suffering a cut near the base of his right pinkie that required three stitches, Antetokounmpo returned to the game and completed his third career triple-double against Toronto.
Bobby Portis contributed 20 points, while Brook Lopez added 16 as the Bucks dominated Toronto’s second unit, outscoring them 63-24 in bench points. Gary Trent Jr. also had 17 points against his former team.
Lillard took over in the third quarter, scoring 15 points as Milwaukee pulled away. The Bucks, who had lost four of their last five—each to teams with losing records—showed no signs of struggle against Toronto, building a commanding 33-point lead after Lopez drained a three-pointer early in the fourth quarter.
RJ Barrett led the Raptors with 25 points, while Scottie Barnes added 21. Jakob Poeltl chipped in with 12 points, and both Immanuel Quickley and Gradey Dick finished with 11.
Milwaukee was without Khris Middleton, who sat out due to an ankle injury after playing in the team’s last eight games.
