The Toronto Raptors did not have any players appear in the first fan returns of NBA All-Star voting.
NBA Communications shared the initial All-Star voting results and no Raptors player cracked the top 10 of each position in the East:

Raptors forward Scottie Barnes and guard RJ Barrett are notably absent. Both players have been having great seasons, but the Raptors have struggled with a 8-26 record. Also, both players have stiff competition at their respective positions.
What does stand out is the amount of support the Canadian stars have received.
Oklahoma City Thunder’s Shai Gilgeous-Alexander leads all Western Conference guards with 1,053,683 votes. Meanwhile, Golden State Warriors’ Andrew Wiggins surprisingly ranks eighth in the Western Conference frontcourt voting with 187,530 votes. Denver Nuggets’ Nikola Jokic leads all Western Conference frontcourt players with 1,422,121 votes. Former Raptors guard Norman Powell also cracked the guards list, ranking 10th among Western Conference guards with 110,222 votes.
In the Eastern Conference, Milwaukee Bucks’ Giannis Antetokounmpo leads all frontcourt players with 1,710,630 votes, while Charlotte Hornets’ LaMelo Ball leads all guards with 947,444 votes.
Fans account for 50 percent of the vote to determine the starters for the NBA All-Star Game. Current NBA players and a media panel account for 25 percent each to make up the other 50 percent. Jan. 3 marks the next “3-for-1 Day,” when each fan vote will count as three. The next fan voting update will come out on Jan. 9.
The 2025 NBA All-Star Game is set to take place on Feb. 16 at the Chase Center. The All-Star Game will feature a new format with a mini-tournament of 4 teams. Three teams will be of eight All-Stars selected and the fourth team will consist of the Rising Stars winners.
