Scottie Barnes is enjoying his time in the offseason.

The 22-year-old is coming off his best year as a pro with the Toronto Raptors.

Barnes is currently on vacation in Cancun and he was spotted singing “This Love” by Maroon 5 at a karaoke bar:

Barnes hasn’t just been partying though. Earlier in the day, he shared a photo on his Instagram story of him doing yoga on the beach.

Despite the Raptors finishing with a 25-57 record, Barnes had a spectacular season with Toronto as he was named a first-time NBA All-Star. In 60 games Barnes averaged a career-high 19.9 points to go along with 8.2 rebounds and 6.1 assists.

Unfortunately, Barnes’ season was cut short after suffering a broken hand in a game on March 1 against  the Golden State Warriors. At that point the Raptors Play-In Tournament hopes were all but over as Barnes missed Toronto’s final 22 games.

With the Raptors now in a rebuild, Barnes is considered the face of the franchise. Not only did Barnes put up career numbers this season but he also matured as a person. He continues to showcase his passion and confidence on and off the court.

With the way Barnes finished off his third season, Raptors fans should be excited for Barnes’ fourth year. Barnes seems determined to get back to competing on the court. But for now he’s focusing on himself and enjoying his free time.

USA Today has Raptors selecting Matas Buzelis and Zach Edey in first-round of 2024 NBA Draft

The Toronto Raptors could have two first-round draft picks when the 2024 NBA Draft finally comes around in June. They outright own the Indiana Pacers’ pick at No. 19, and have a 45.8 percent chance of keeping their top-six protected pick. If the lottery goes exactly according to record, the Raptors would have the No. 6 overall pick.

Two names that have been linked to the Raptors at those spots are Matas Buzelis and Zach Edey.
