RJ Barrett and Immanuel could be back on the court soon.

Barrett and Quickley are back with the Toronto Raptors, but remain out due to “return to competition conditioning,” per TSN’s Josh Lewenberg.

Both players were seen on the Raptors bench in the game against the Brooklyn Nets:

Barrett has returned to the Raptors following a six-game absence following the death of his younger brother Nathan. The Raptors have not given an official timetable for when Barrett will return.

Quickley has been away from the team as well due to a family matter. Quickley has missed the last four games for Toronto and there is no timetable for his return either.

With Barrett and Quickley out, the Raptors have leaned on rookie Gradey Dick and Javon Freeman-Liberty in the starting lineup.

The Raptors are currently down four starters, including Scottie Barnes and Jakob Poeltl who are both out indefinitely with hand injuries.

The Raptors next game is against the New York Knicks on March 27 so there is a chance both Quickley and Barrett could return to action against their former team.

After the game against the Knicks, the Raptors have three days off between games before playing the Philadelphia 76ers on March 31.

The Raptors are in the midst of an 11-game losing streak.

Barrett and Quickley with the Raptors

The Raptors have been a much better team with Barrett and Quickley in the lineup.

Barrett is averaging 20.8 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game in 27 contests with the Raptors.

Meanwhile, Quickley is averaging 17.7 points and 6.6 assists per game while shooting 39.7 percent from three-point range in 32 contests with Toronto.

Both players were acquired by the Raptors from the Knicks in exchange for O.G. Anunoby, Precious Achiuwa, and Malachi Flynn back on Dec. 30.
