The Toronto Raptors return home after a six-game road trip to host the Houston Rockets.

They last time these two teams met was a week ago in Houston as the Rockets blew out the Raptors 135-106.

The Raptors are going to look different in this one after they made some moves ahead of the NBA Trade Deadline.

The Raptors acquired Kelly Olynyk and Ochai Agbaji from the Utah Jazz in exchange for Kira Lewis Jr., Otto Porter Jr. and a 2024 first round draft pick.

According to Sportsnet’s Michael Grange, Olynyk and Agbaji and arriving in Toronto today. They could be available for the game tonight pending physicals, but it is more likely they will suit up tomorrow against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Another move the Raptors made is they acquired Spencer Dinwiddie from the Brooklyn Nets in exchange for Dennis Schroder and Thaddeus Young. The Raptors later waived Dinwiddie.

Schroder was a big piece of the Raptors rotation and he filled up the backup point guard role. With him no longer there, the Raptors could elect to use Scottie Barnes as the backup point or even have Bruce Brown Jr. at that spot.

Meanwhile, Thaddeus Young did a nice job filling in for Toronto when they had some injuries to their frontcourt. However, now Olynyk will be the backup to Jakob Poeltl.

Former Raptor Fred VanVleet is in Toronto but he will not play in this one.

VanVleet is out because of a strained left adductor (inner thigh muscle). Steven Adams and Tari Eason are also out for Houston.

For Toronto Agbaji and Olynyk are officially listed as questionable and Jontay Porter is questionable as well with lower back spasms.
