The NBA Trade Deadline is looming as teams try to gets deals done before 3:00 p.m. ET.

One team that could have a busy day is the Toronto Raptors. After trading away O.G. Anunoby and Pascal Siakam it is clear that Toronto is all-in on a rebuild.

Therefore, they could look to trade many players on their roster that do not fit a rebuilding timeline for future assets.

One name that continues to be brought up a ton in trade talks in Bruce Brown Jr. The veteran was acquired by the Raptors in the Siakam trade.

Not long after the trade it was already speculated that Toronto could move on from him.

The Raptors reportedly want a first-round pick and a quality player for Brown. Many teams have been linked to him including the Los Angeles Lakers and New York Knicks.

Now, a new team has emerged in the Brown sweepstakes.

According to Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports, the Utah Jazz have discussed a potential deal for Brown with the Raptors:

“There’s another team to consider as a strong possibility for Brown. The Jazz according to league sources, have discussed a framework with the Raptors that would bring Brown to Utah in return for Kelly Olynk and Ochai Agbaji. What draft capital could be part of that conversation remains to be seen, but Toronto has been consistent with its messaging to rival teams that it is looking for a first-round pick for Brown, sources said.”

This would be a great return for the Raptors if they are able to get a stretch big man like Olynk, a young talent like Agbaji and draft capital.

This trade would be ideal for Toronto, but does not appear to make sense for the Jazz. Giving all of that up for Brown could be a gamble.

However, Brown is a proven quality role player that can help the Jazz make a strong play-in push.

Knicks offer for Brown revealed

Another reported offer for Brown is one from the New York Knicks.

According to The Athletic’s Fred Katz, the Knicks have discussed a trade centered around Evan Fournier and draft compensation for Brown.
