Scottie Barnes is heading to the 2024 NBA All-Star Game.

The 22-year-old will be going to Indiana for the All-Star Game festivities and game which will take place on Feb. 18.

Barnes along with Trae Young were names to the NBA All-Star Game as injury replacements:

Barnes makes it to the All-Star Game in just his third season in the league.

He is the youngest player in NBA history to average 20+ points, 5+ rebounds, 5+ assists, 1+ steals and 1+ blocks per game:

This is the highlight of the Raptors season which has been a down year for the franchise.

Barnes has remained the bright spot and continues turn heads across the league.

For the season Barnes is averaging 20.2 points, 8.1 rebounds, 5.8 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.5 blocks per game.

He is the first NBA All-Star from his 2021 draft class.

Despite the Raptors poor record, Barnes deserves this honor. He has been putting up incredible numbers and finds himself in elite company.

He is one of only two NBA players with at least 1,000 points, 400 rebounds, 250 assists, 50 blocks and 50 steals this season. The other is Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Huge honor for Barnes

Barnes being involved in the 2024 NBA All-Star Game and being around some of the league’s best players will serve as valuable experience for the budding star.

This is one of what should be many All-Star appearances for Barnes in his career.
