The Toronto Raptors are in New York to take on the Knicks for the second time this month.

The Raptors lost to the Knicks 119-106 on Dec. 1. Toronto went 6-32 from three and their bench got outscored 52-25.

Donte DiVincenzo made 7 three-pointers, which was more than the entire Raptors team combined.

The Raptors are reeling right now losers of three in a row and five of their last six games. This is a team that is slowly seeing their season slip away.

They need a win in New York. It’s as simple as that. Toronto needs to do a better job on the defensive end as they have given up 116 points per game over their last three.

They also need to find their rhythm from three. The Raptors have only made 6 threes in two of their last three games.

Scottie Barnes had 29 points the last time these two met and Toronto is hoping for a similar performance from him on the road.

Raptors will be without Otto Porter Jr. who has been ruled out for this game after suffering a foot contusion against the Charolette Hornets.

Raptors have recalled Gradey Dick from the G League for tonight’s game against New York, per Doug Smith.

Meanwhile, Jalen Brunson is questionable due to an ankle injury. If Brunson is unable to go this will be a huge loss for the Knicks offense.

This will be a tough spot for the Raptors as they will need to turn their struggles around on the road. However, maybe they can catch the Knicks off their game as New York is currently on a two-game losing streak.
