The Toronto Raptors are 8-10 and there have been a lot of questions about what this team will do if they continue to struggle.
There have been on-going debates about if the Raptors should blow it up and fully embrace a rebuild or try to remain competitive by making a win-now move.
By not choosing a concrete direction, the Raptors have found themselves in this position. Stuck in the middle.
Pascal Siakam, O.G. Anunoby and Gary Trent Jr. are all set to become unrestricted free agents next summer.
If Toronto wants to enter a rebuild, the logical approach would be to try and trade a key player like Siakam to get a big haul in return.
According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the rest of the league could have their eye on the Raptors roster if they do sell.
As expected Shams says that Scottie Barnes is the one guy that isn’t going anywhere. However, the Raptors’ other key players could attract a lot of interest:

Whether or not the Raptors embrace a rebuild and look to shop some of their guys as the NBA Trade Deadline gets closer remains to be seen. However, if Toronto keeps losing games there might be no other choice but to do so.
Raptors scheduling update
The NBA has released next week’s schedule for the 22 teams that missed out on the In-Season Tournament quarterfinals.
Toronto will have a nice little break after their game against the New York Knicks on Dec. 1.
The Raptors will host the Miami Heat on Dec. 6 and then will visit Charlotte to take on the Hornets on Dec. 8. Both games are set for 7:00 p.m. ET.
