The Toronto Raptors are back to .500 on the season after an impressive 127-116 win over the Dallas Mavericks.

This was a total team effort from the Raptors. They had 6 players score in double figures. Leading the way was Pascal Siakam who bounced back in a big way. He had 31 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. Most of his damage came inside the pain. Toronto had 72 points in the paint. They feasted inside and took advantage of the Mavericks not having Dereck Lively who was out with an illness.

O.G. was also great in this one for the Raptors. He continues his impressive play on offense and defense. Anunoby had 26 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists. He did a great job on Luka Doncic all night. Doncic scored 31 points but he was only 11-26 from the field and 2-10 from deep. Doncic was visibly frustrated in the fourth quarter.

Dennis Schroder continued his hot play for the Raptors. He scored 18 points and added 5 assists.

Although his streak of scoring 20+ points came to an end, Scottie Barnes has another nice outing. He struggled from the field, but Barnes showed that he can impact the game in so many ways. Barnes had 14 points, 14 rebounds, 7 assists, 4 steals and 2 blocks. Barnes was also great defensively.

The Raptors bench finally came to play in this one. Toronto’s bench was lead by Gary Trent Jr. who scored 16 points, Chris Boucher had 10 points and Malachi Flynn had his best game of the season as he finished with 8 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists.

This was a nice win for the Raptors who handed the Mavericks their first loss at home.

The Raptors have won back-to-back games for the first time all season and now sit at 4-4. They have wins against the Minnesota Timberwolves, Milwaukee Bucks and Mavericks. All solid teams.

Next on tap

The Raptors will look to make it three wins in a row when they take on the Boston Celtics for the first time this season.

Toronto will have two days off before playing the Celtics on Nov. 11.
