It’s been four years since the Toronto Raptors won their first ever championship.

Former Raptor Serge Ibaka who was a big part of the team’s 2019 playoff run recently paid tribute to the championship season.

On Friday, Serge Ibaka shared a new song called “What It Do Baby,” which features the viral quote from Kawhi Leonard back in 2019:

Of course one of the most iconic moments after the Raptors won the 2019 title is when Ibaka and Leonard celebrated winning the championship in the back of a car and that’s when Kawhi Leonard uttered his famous “What It Do Baby” line:

The infamous quote is now a title of a song.

Ibaka has dabbled into music quite a bit. In 2022, he released a full length album titled “ART.”

Ibaka was traded from the Raptors in 2020 and now plays for Bayern Munich of the German Basketball Bundesliga.

It’s unknown if Leonard signed off on this song or not. But of course the two have a great friendship which has provided fans with plenty of laughs over the years.

One of the funniest moments between the two is when Ibaka invited Leonard to be on his online cooking show, “How Hungry Are You” and fed the two-time champion a “bulls penis pizza.”

Leonard is trying to get over the hump with the Los Angeles Clippers this season and lead them to a championship.

Of course Leonard left the Raptors in the summer of 2019 to join the Clippers.

The 2019 Raptors championship may have been four long years ago, but the memories will last forever.

Raptors celebrate Darko Rajakovic’s first win as head coach

The Raptors’ 2023-24 season has gotten off to a nice start.

The team defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday night. After the victory, Raptors players showered head coach Darko Rajakovic in water. They celebrated his first win as a head coach in the league.

Rajakovic looks to make it 2-0 when the Raptors visit the Chicago Bulls tonight.
